Last year I ordered these amazing garlands for an installation I was doing in store and was a little shocked when I received these delicate paper garlands.
I obviously couldn't understand the French description when I ordered them..Anyway they grew on me....
They are still in store (I think) but am now longing some for my bedroom..
So many beautiful one's to choose(kind of makes me want to get married again!)

can you tell exactly how they're made? just paper and string? i want to make something similar.
